1. Sorence Owiti Opiyo: A Man With A Penis That’s Larger Than A Infant

 Kenya man Sorence Owiti Opiyo has a penis that is 10 times bigger than average. The tip is extremely deformed. At the young age of ten, Opiyo developed a bizarre disease that has no name. At first it started out as what appeared to be a boil that wouldn’t stop growing. Then, surgery was performed to reduce the swelling. Unfortunately, it was only a temporary fix.

Opiyo’s penis eventually grew back and got much bigger. His large size has caused him to live a life filled with nothing but agony. Besides not being able to have sex, he has also dealt with being bullied for his condition. Opiyo was bullied so much, he dropped out of school. His family is currently working on getting the finances for an operation that can help manage his unique disease. Hopefully, the operation will be successful and Opiyo can live a better life.

2. Xu Fuhai: One Of China’s Tallest Men Won’t Stop Growing

At 26 years old, Xu Fuhai is now one of the tallest men in China. He is so tall, he needs his own custom-made furniture. In 2015, he was 7 ft 8 in. A year later, he grew to 7 ft 11 in. Fuhai grew taller than Bao Xishun, who is also one of the tallest men in China at 7 ft 8 in.

When Fuhai was 15, he was injured from a fall while playing basketball. The injury caused poor circulation and swelling in his legs. Since then, he has been forced to use crutches to get around. Although medical bills have caused a huge financial loss for his parents, a hospital has offered to pay for a surgery that could potentially allow him to walk for the first time in over ten years. What’s even more amazing about Fuhai’s case is that at age 26, he is still growing.

According to Med Health Daily, most men finish growing before they hit 18. However, they say many will continue growing until they are 21. There are some exceptional cases of men growing until they hit 25.

It is interesting to point out that Wikipedia has Zhang Juncai as China’s tallest man at 7 ft 11¼ in. Perhaps Fuhai will soon be taller than Juncai. If he keeps growing at such a fast rate, it is possible that he may also end up being the tallest living man in the world.

3. Godfrey Baguma: Uganda’s Most Unusual Looking Man

Godfrey Baguma is the winner of an event seeking Uganda’s most unusual looking man. Thanks to his victory, he became a local celebrity and quickly landed a career in African pop music. Baguma has an extremely rare medical condition called fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP). This horrible disease causes damaged fibrous tissue (such as ligaments) to regrow as bone (either spontaneously or when damaged).

This image shows the effects of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva. A severely deformed face is not Baguma’s only issue. His rare condition has also caused him to live with breathing problems. Sadly, various articles on the Web have described his head as “alien-like.”

4. Xia Yuanhai: Another Man With Features Similar To An Alien 

When 53-year-old Xia Yuanhai was a teenager, his appearance was normal. However, into adulthood, he started to develop symptoms from a condition called hyperplasia. The increase in the reproduction rate of cells results in the enlargement of an organ or tissue. In addition to a severely deformed face, the disease has also crushed his teeth and virtually destroyed his hearing. The costs to treat Yuanhai’s condition were too high for his family.

Unfortunately, the lack of treatment caused the condition to only worsen. His brother is desperate to get the required funds for his expensive surgery. Hopefully, he will get surgery to help lessen the symptoms before they get even worse.

5. A 1904 Portrait Showing A Severe Case Of Congenital Hydrocephalus

This is a 1904 portrait of a 17-year-old woman with congenital hydrocephalus. The image is titled “A Practical Treatise on Medical Diagnosis for Students and Physicians.” The disquisition examines abnormalities in the woman’s face, head and neck. The portrait clearly shows some of the symptoms which include the abnormal shape of the head, skin that is stretched tightly over the cranium, hair loss and eyeballs that roll from side to side.
